Photos of your work are required if new exhibitor. We would also be pleased to accept any nonreturnable visual information such as postcards or good photographs that we can use for PR purposes. (Please supply a large SAE for return).

Exhibitors are approved in the order their applications are received. Allocation of spaces at the venue is at the sole discretion of Amber Events

Only crafts and gifts described on your booking form may be displayed. Any new lines must be approved by us before the event.

In cases of multiple crafts please list ranges in majority order. We may ask you take off your display any item that conflicts with any other exhibitor.

Electricity is free of charge but must be booked in advance as we have limited availability.

All electrical equipment used must have valid PAT certificate.

We can only accept bookings on our booking form with the relevant form of payment.

Amber Events cannot and will not be held responsible for the safety of persons, stock or money possessions while traveling to or from or during the event.

Amber Events require all exhibitors to indemnify them against all claims for personal injury and damage to property caused by their (the exhibitors) negligence.

All Exhibitors are advised to hold public liability insurance for this purpose.

If you cancel before the event you are liable for full stand fees unless your stand is re-let.

Most events are from 10am till 4pm so exhibitors may arrive at 8 am to set up. Please ensure that you are set up by the stated time for the start of the show.

Stands may only be dismantled before the end of the show with the permission of shows organiser
